Local branch had diverged from origin/master (sibling commits on the same base). Rewrote local history linearly on top of origin/master, folding in all local content: exa/hot-platform discovery hunters, leaks ledger, nightly sweep orchestrator, updated .gitignore and skill docs, plus the latest hunt output and vault state. Remote-only files (vault keys, channel scripts) were restored rather than dropped, so the resulting tree is a full union of both sides.

Two reasons beyond DRY:\n\n 1. Dispatch scrub (seat-contract): every provider transport must run\n dispatch_scrub before a payload leaves the estate — the inline blocks\n shipped PR diffs to third-party APIs unscrubbed. Fails closed: a blocked\n or unrunnable scrub means NO review this run, surfaced as a ::warning\n annotation (absent review => quorum enforced by verifier-gate), never a\n silent pass and never an unscrubbed send.\n 2. Hardening the inline blocks lacked: bounded retry on 429/5xx and\n defensive envelope parsing (deepseek_run._extract_message — no raw\n resp[\"choices\"][0]... indexing anywhere).\n\n Exit codes: 0 with /tmp/review.json written = review produced; 0 without the\n file = substrate absent this run (provider outage, missing key, or scrub\n block — the submit step warns); nonzero only for operator errors (unknown\n provider, unreadable diff) that must fail the check loudly.\n\n Review-body markers are LOAD-BEARING: verifier-gate.yml de-collapses the\n shared github-actions[bot] login by matching these exact strings. Change them\n only together with verifier-gate.\n \"\"\"\n from __future__ import annotations\n\n import argparse\n import json\n import os\n import ssl\n import sys\n import time\n import urllib.error\n import urllib.request\n import uuid\n from pathlib import Path\n from typing import Callable, TypeVar\n\n sys.path.insert(0, str(Path(__file__).resolve().parents[1])) # harness/\n\n import certifi\n from dispatch_scrub import ScrubError, scrub_payload\n from deepseek_run import _extract_message # the estate's defensive envelope parser\n from ai_call_receipt import (\n ReceiptError,\n append_record,\n classify_transport_failure,\n default_journal_path,\n fingerprint_input,\n finish_attempt,\n normalized_usage,\n scope_from_env,\n start_attempt,\n summarize,\n unknown_cost,\n )\n\n _SSL_CTX = ssl.create_default_context(cafile=certifi.where())\n\n PROMPT_PREFIX = (\n \"You are an independent third-party code reviewer for Amplified Partners. \"\n \"Review this PR diff for blocking defects only (bugs, security holes, plaintext \"\n \"secrets, logic errors) and Five Rods compliance (honesty, transparency, \"\n \"attribution, win-win, meritocracy).
